Alfesta day visitor packages

If you can't make the whole Alfesta experience, you might like to join in as a day visitor. All day visitor packages must be pre-booked and paid in advance. To book any of the day visitor packages, please email alfesta2026@gmail.com

#1 DISPLAY DAY at Peppers Manor House 8am-1pm
Display with lunch $40 per person
Display only $20 per car
The display day will be held in the grounds of Manor House alonside 50 boutique market stalls. The market organisers are publicly advertising this as a special event market, and we'll be setting up an impressive display to wow the crowd. You can join in the Alfesta lunch provided by Peppers Manor House, or you can skip the lunch and just come to show off your car. A special feature will be a display of Alfa Romeo Duetto Spiders to celebrate 60 years since its release. Other car clubs have also been invited to ensure a magnificent Italian car display. This will be an organised display with the cars grouped in like models. It is essential that you book, and after we receive your payment you'll be emailed a vehicle pass for entry on the day.

#2 THEME NIGHT DINNER - 'la familigia' (the family) at Peppers Manor House $125 per person (numbers are limited)
On Saturday evening we will transform the Manor House function room into our own 1920s jazz club, The Long Tail Lounge. Come and join us in your best 1920s dress for an Italian buffet family meal and perhaps a long tail cocktail. There'll be great company and live jazz music to swing to.

#3 OBSERVATION RUN (including lunch) $30 per person
The observation run will start from Manor House at 8.45am and finish at the best pie shop we've found in the Highlands for lunch.

#4 PRESENTATION DINNER at Peppers Manor House $150 per person (numbers are limited)
Predinner 5pm, dinner from 6.30pm until 10.30pm
The big finale red-carpet formal presentation dinner at Manor House. Join us for pre-dinner drinks and canapes followed by a table share feast menu prepared by our in-house chef. Entertainment from Pure Acoustic, awards, and the much awaited presentation from AROCA WA to reveal all about Alfesta 2027 in Western Australia.
