Drinks and snacks in the Manor House Great Hall and adjoining bar and lounge from 5pm, followed by La Famiglia theme dinner. Manor House will come alive in all of its 1920s glory when we transform it into the private club of the Alfisti Family – The Long Tail Lounge, complete with a live jazz band, moody lighting and peacock feathers. Why the Long Tail Lounge? Because 2026 is the 60th anniversary of the release of the iconic model we all know as the duetto, or long tail spider. Pinstripe suits, silver fox furs and peacock feathers will definitely be in vogue.

Morning briefing a little earlier today, at 8.35am, before heading off by 9am on the traditional Alfesta observation run – but with a twist. Not everyone looks forward to the traditional format so we've changed it up a little to make it more enjoyable for everyone. You'll drive local scenic roads with stops at some of the small villages for a look around.
The observation run will finish at Werai where we will have pies for lunch at the best pie shop we've found on the Highlands (we told you there'd be pies!). After lunch you can join one of the two optional activities that have been organised – a visit to Fairground Follies, or a visit to the National Trust property Golden Vale. Both of these optional activities are only available as group tours. If you'd prefer to do your own thing, you might like to drive 20 minutes to Berrima to have a look around the historic village and browse in a few shops, or visit attractions such as the Bradman Museum in Bowral.
