Registration & Check‑In From mid‑afternoon, delegates are invited to arrive at the Broadwater Resort to complete registration, collect event packs and settle in. Our team will be on hand to assist with check‑in, answer questions, and help you get oriented for the weekend ahead.

Meet & Greet Once registered, take some time to explore the venue, meet fellow Alfisti, and enjoy the relaxed first‑day atmosphere. This is a great opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces and welcome new members joining Alfesta for the first time.

Welcome Dinner  Open only to confirmed Alfesta 2027 ticket holders, the optional and extra cost dinner costs $50 per person. Click here to book. The organising committee will introduce the programme, highlight key activities, and set the scene for a memorable Alfesta.
