There's an option to visit the Kiama Blowhole before returning to the Highlands via Jamberoo Mountain Road – be sure to stop at the lookout for a selfie.

Drinks and music around the fire pit (hopefully with roasted chestnuts!) from 5pm, followed by dinner, musical trivia and no doubt a bit of dancing on the side.

Lunch at Manor House followed by a range of optional afternoon activities – from pre-booked and paid guided tours at local attractions to no-cost croquet or bocce on the lawns at Manor House (more details on optional activities to come). Or just do your own thing, like have a nap.

Drinks and nibbles in the Manor House courtyard from 5pm, followed by La Famiglia theme dinner. In Italian, la famiglia means "the family", but in pop culture it's associated with The Godfather, The Sopranos and every great mafia movie or series ever made. As part of the Alfisti family, dress in your preferred 1920s style, enjoy Italian food and dance to local jazz band Dixie Blues.

Morning briefing at 8.50am before heading off on the traditional Alfesta observation run – but with a twist. Not everyone looks forward to the traditional format so we've changed it up a little to make it more enjoyable for everyone. You'll drive local scenic roads with stops at some of the small villages for a look around.
Lunch will be during the observation run, stopping at the best pie shop we've found in the Highlands.
The observation run will finish at Berrima, with some time to have a look around this historic village and maybe browse in a few shops.

An optional day run is being planned to head towards the south coast via Kangaroo Valley, with an organised group lunch and dinner. Overnight accommodation is left to you. More details to come.
