From 2pm ::: Registration

On arrival at Peppers Manor House, make your way to the Alfesta registration desk in the Great Hall to receive your Alfesta welcome pack. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. In your welcome pack you will find your Alfesta name tag. Please wear your name tag at all Alfesta events to let other attendees (and venue staff) know who you are.

After registering, head to reception to complete your accommodation check-in if you're staying at Manor House, or drive to Craigieburn to check in there. For those staying at Craigieburn who have booked for the optional welcome dinner, the Alfesta bus to bring you to Manor House will leave Craigieburn at 5.30pm.

6pm ::: Drinks and welcome dinner

There are no official Alfesta events planned for Thursday evening.

If you have travelled a long way, you may wish to have an early night.

For those who have booked and paid for the optional Thursday evening welcome dinner, head to the function room at Peppers Manor House for a pre-dinner drink and catch up with, or introduce yourself to, the other Alfisti attending this year's Alfesta.

The bus back to Craigieburn will leave Manor House at 9.30pm.
